Brad Winget and his team are so amazing to work with! My husband and I have had the pleasure of doing business with Brad since 2014 as our property manager. With the recent sell of our vacation home, we were extremely impressed with this team’s expediency, professionalism, and communication. Brad’s realty knowledge is top notch. He provided us some great tips I’ve never heard before that really helped in a fast and smooth house selling experience. I whole heartily recommend Brad and his team. We are already planning to work with them for our next rental property and a continued business relationship for many more years to come.

Brad and his assistant Karley of UBRE are true professionals that will sell your home for the maximum price, they communicate as fast as lightning and they are good people that are awesome to deal with. When you sell your home you will have a ton of people telling you different things and it can be hard to know which direction you should ultimately go..Brad and Karley made it easier for us to make the right choices, and I hope that this review saves someone time out there, why not just go straight to the best realtor!

I NEVER thought buying a house could be this simple and effective. Brad Winget and his team made the process exceptionally easy and FUN! They are on time to everything, 10/10 customer service, very responsive, and actually care about you. I'm very grateful to have had the team in my corner :)

Brad and his team are rock-stars. Plain and simple. They understand high-end real estate better than anyone in the business. I had an extremely complex transaction in a high-end home where other (experienced) agents quickly found themselves in way over their heads... Brad stepped in and not only understood the challenges instantly, he put together the perfect game-plan to solve the problems. Smart, creative, ambitious, hard-working, and not afraid to invest a little elbow-grease where needed. The only rock-star real estate agent I've ever met. He got it done for me when nobody else could!!!!!!
