Clover Creek Apartments

I am not one to write reviews, but I have NOT enjoyed my time living in the Clover Creek Apartments. We moved from out of state, so I could not visit the apartments in person however, they reassured my boyfriend and I that the photos on the website were correct. We had to sign the lease before moving in to ensure our place. When we arrived to the apartment, the carpets were stained, smelled like cat urine, the kitchen was outdated compared to the photos, and NOTHING like they promised. Not to mention, all the extra fees included with an already high rent payment. The only positive of this place is the maintenance team. Overall, I do not recommend these apartments.

Clover Creek is a great place to live! I love the location... the access to I- 15, and being located in the center of it all. The maintenance crew is great and efficient, and the office staff is top-shelf! They are friendly, professional, and care about their residents... Cody is a friendly, professional, and very easy to work with! I recommend Clover Creek to everyone. I've read the reviews from before and i would have to disagree with some of the remarks. Go in, see it for yourself, and meet the staff... then make your decision

I had been looking for an apartment to move to for a few months. I had tried applying at one closer to downtown, but it didn’t work out. I had toured clover creek three times before finally deciding I wanted to live here. Everything seemed to happen so fast, I applied and was notified a few hours after that I’d been approved. I signed the lease and got my keys and when I opened the door to my new place I was so happy. I love my apartment, love that it’s quiet and peaceful. I rarely hear my neighbors, even if they are outside. The complex is kept clean and the landscape as well. If I do have any problems or concerns, management is available. The location is great, lots of trees and green grass.

I am honestly not the type of person to leave reviews, especially negative ones but I feel that if it hinder anyone from having a living experience like I have its worth doing. Clover Creek would be a decent apartment complex to live for the price if I was reviewing the layout of our apartment alone.The only positive I truly have to say is the really spacious master bedroom in the two bedroom apartments. Before we moved in they did some "updates" to our specific apartment unit. They updated floors from carpet in the main living area to linoleum wood flooring (which was actually ripped before we even moved in and they had to come redo a section, that should speak to the quality of said flooring), and updated appliances and I assume random paint jobs which are...so awful. Everything is just so lazy here. I realize I did not sign up for luxury living but there is just an overall lack of care from management and maintenance. My biggest complaint is with the other tenants and lack of reinforcement by management when other tenants are breaking policy. Almost everyone here smokes on property and in their apartments when it specifically states in the contract that there is no smoking allowed anywhere on property. A few reminder emails have been sent out to all tenants but nothing is done to correct the issue and prevent it going forward. Management will totally ignore your complaints and the lack of care is the most upsetting. I am sure I will get a response to this review because it's public for potential new tenants to see, but I guarantee that is the only response I will get despite countless attempts to get our issues resolved. If you value living in a place where the management cares and you aren't embarrassed to bring family and friends I honestly suggest looking elsewhere.
