The price is decent, but the place is in a state of disrepair and reeked of cat urine (dozens of cats roam the property freely), but we decided to apply anyway. Property manager (Steve) took our application fees. Asked for our socials multiple times. 3 weeks later i still hadnt gotten approved our denied (property manager was screening our calls) so i contacted Keir Management that managed them at the time. The lady stated that she hadnt seen our names on any of the weekly application lists and told me if he didnt contact me the next day to let her know. Well then even she started screening and not returning my calls. Now the property manager is no longer with them and a whole new company is managing the property, and my application and fees have vanished. Steer clear of this place. Its cheap but for a very good reason. Policies and practices are shady and questionable. (coming from the wife of someone who manages commercial properties.)

I've lived here for the last 10 years and do not plan on going anywhere else. It's a great place to live and the land lord is a good landlord. You treat him with respect he will treat you with respect also he loves animals, cats especially. If you need help with something he will do his best or find someone that can.

Decent apartments at decent prices. Good place to meet single girls. It seems like they're all over and very friendly

They're nice apartments on the inside they could use a little upkeep on the outside but the better tenants will do that and there are 775.00 for a 2-bedroom you can't beat that great location washer and dryer hookups or they have a laundromat and they have wood-burning fireplaces
