Thanks for ruining our day. The lady and I were taking a trip to the city on our day off together, which doesn't happen often, and your 12:13pm just went right by us. I guess 2 people at a stop isn't worth it.

It's a nice enough train station actually, relatively new with a coffee/newspaper stand, and a 24 hr warming room.nBut you can't rank a train station higher right? Usually means you're going to work. Ha. Quicker to Pingree than downtown CL station, but Pingree parking is pretty full by late rush hr.

There is a small indoor area(no seating) open at all times located near the inbound platform, on the east side of the building. The main station with seating is open in the morning and afternoon with a small coffee shop . You can pay with a credit card using the app. Monthly parking is available. More convenient times for me compared to other outbound stations. Outbound trains arrive closer to the parking lot. For inbound(towards Chicago) trains go through the tunnel. There is no crossover on the platform. Refer to signs posted for trains and platform.

Waiting area is closed for better part of the day. Parking ticket machines only accept cash or parking cards. Can't pay thru credit cards. Extremely inconvenient metra facility. Should learn from how Schaumburg metra station.
