After 6 Months and numerous plumbers, construction companies and Independent contractors who never return phone calls, set date to do the work than were no shows, no call, no response. Mclean County Glass came out in 3 days. CJ did an excellent job. He installed new glass in a window last week also. Thank you guys for being PROFESSIONAL. I highly recommend and will use them again.
I have had an occasion to use Mclean County Glass a few times. The service was amazing. On all occasions the estimates were fair, the service was prompt and courteous. Great local business !!
got the glass I needed with no hassle there was quite a delay but who expected half the country to go crazy and bust windows in every city on an industrial scale
The service here is great. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I walked in and within a few minutes had 2 pieces of custom cut glass at a very reasonable price. It is awesome to be able to walk into a locally owned place and have such a great experience. Thanks!
I did not even attempt to proceed with this company after talking to them on the phone. I left a voicemail in the morning with no response from them. Later on in the day I had to call 10+ times back to back. When I finally got an answer the lady picked up with a snotty attitude and immediately put me on hold. I sat on hold for 5 or so minutes, the lady wasn't very helpful at all. She told me to call back at a better time. Recommend: ACE-HI GLASS. They are respectful, also have quick and accurate responses!!! Much much more professional.
