Our a/c went out at 8:00pm on a hot Saturday night! Master Tech was the only place that answered our call and sent someone right over!! Within an hour the unit was diagnosed, repaired and had our home cooling down! Ryan, our technician, was professional, honest and efficient. We highly recommend and will surely be using them for all our heating and cooling needs in the future!!
My AC unit was not cooling the house down. It got to 80 degrees and I called. They made it to my house in 20 minutes or less and it was fixed immediately. Great service, friendly, took the time to explain what was going on, allowed me to take a picture of what was broken, an all over amazing experience. We know exactly who to call if anything else arises. My husband and I will be referring Master Tech to all our family, friends, and neighbors.
