Service was excellent....very professional. Replaced an ejector pump in basement. Very thorough in a timely fashion. Allowed me to search out other quotes but decided to have work done promptly - plus they fit me into a time slot 2 hours earlier than planned. I would recommend this business again.
MPT Plumbing did a great job! They were responsive and professional. Their price to install a water heater was fair. They communicated often to keep me informed (via text and email). I am very satisfied with their service and will call them for any future repairs or service.
Mike and Chris were very professional. My hot-water-heater went out and I am caring for my 87-year old parents. It happened on the weekend and when I spoke to Heather she was able to move things around and get me an appointment A.S.A.P. When Mike and Cris arrived they got to work and we were up and running in a few hours. They are a wonderful team and I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
We had an issue with our recirculating pump (we had to run the the hot water in the second floor bathrooms for 2-3 minutes before the water got hot). Ian came out and tried to fix it. He explained how the system worked and suggested we call back if it still wasn’t working. We called back and he came back out and replaced it. Ian explained how the new pump worked. His assistant (can’t recall his name) was always very knowledgeable. New pump fixed the problem. No more wasting water and waiting for it to get hot! Overall, very pleased. They were friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. Highly recommend Ian and the MPT Plumbing team!
