Excellent service! Asia was the associate that helped me bon the phone and again when I arrived at the store. She is a difference maker! Very positive, answers questions well researched the product and provided exceptional service. I purchased two outdoor heaters from here. I had a problem with one of them and she gave me potential solutions. I also needed another tank of propane and she found another location that had what I needed. She called ahead to the other location and had everything ready and waiting for me when I arrived. I was greeted by name when I made the exchange. Again exceptional service from Asia (I hope I am spelling her name correctly) Great job Ace Hardware for hiring wonderful people. She makes me want to drive the extra distance to patronize the store.
