Kyle and another coworker came over and informed me about of the previous company’s work was shady and overprice for the job that needed to get done. Kyle was very honest and straightforward with telling me what the problem actually was, rather than beating around the bush. The job was an easy fix and cost way less than the previous company. I’m also looking forward to having him and his company fix another plumbing issue we have. He’s very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.
Kyle and another worker came out clear our basement floor drain and did it in a professional, courteous and informative manner. He gave us hints on how to avoid another service call. My husband is a disabled Viet Nam Veteran and they also gave us a military discount. Some companies charge fees just to come out, they did not. Excellent service, will recommend them to family and friends and use them exclusively for any future plumbing problems.
Did a great professional and customer focused job of clearing the kitchen drain. Both employees were very nice an explained reasons why the sink would clog. Contacted them on Sunday afternoon and they were able to schedule Monday morning at 10 am.
I had a break in my sewer line about 3 feet past my foundation. The estimated price was exactly what I was charged. They explained the process and any additional issues that could arise once they had the waste line exposed. The crew was professional that did the work and was able to get things fixed quickly.
I can't saw enough about Suburban Sewer & Septic. Randy, Kyle and the entire team are fantastic. From the emergency call to the final fix everything went great. These are good and honest people doing a great job. I highly recommend them if you need this service.
