This is the closest car wash to my house. It was very disappointing, when I brought my black SUV covered in salt from this year's storms. Previously when I used this car wash, my car was scrubbed before sending it through. This time it was hosed off. After going through, it was barely dried off. The vehicle is black, it was streaky. I am a business owner and employees being gracious and professional with your customers go a long way. This was a definitely not a impressive experience for a new business. I brought my vehicle to the car wash in Crystal Lake for a better job.
Just took my Traverse through the car wash. I paid $16 and there was still dirt on my hatch and around all my emblems on the back. I was under the impression the hand washed before going through. Very disappointed. Will not go back. Both times I have gone here were terrible and each visit was with different owners.
The new management is first class. Excellent service.
