I called to get my filters changed. I asked how much and I said ACs on ground level. So I was wrong on location but to change filter on ground level was $75 And roof is $110. They said it’s that cost plus the cost of filter. I gave my cc info ahead of time but expected to get a price before they charged. Mind you I usually pay $225 to change out all 4 units on a building. I see a charge later for $470. They also told me 2 coils need to be replaced for $4400. They could only tell me the coil is “bad.” No reason why and got mad when I asked so they sent a 2nd guy to tell me the same thing. Not only did they overcharge me, they were absolutely wrong on what was the issue. The coil just needed cleaning. I dealt with rude service and absolutely no remorse. This is a shady business.

Well deserving of all the positive reviews! As a first time homeowner I thought I needed a furnace check this fall. Ryan was honest and let me know that my furnace was so new it wasn't necessary to be replaced. He also gave some several tips for maintenance and provided consultation on questions over text. The clincher of the A+ service came today though. Highly recommend this company!

The Tech just left, I will post up a few other reviews because the service and the workmanship have always been great. They have went far above what I could possible imagine from a HVAC company. They came right out, spent over a hour making sure all the readings were correct and I even programmed the thermostat (Which made a huge difference). You guys are the best!

Very quick to respond, and extremely affordable with both their initial quote and their complete bill. My technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He went far above and beyond my initial expectations. If you need a great HVAC company, this is it!

Wonderful staff that treat you more like a person than just another insurance claim. So happy that I was able to work directly with Ryan to take care of a major issue with one of my rental properties. Stellar professionalism from top to bottom and came in under what he had initially quoted. I highly recommend the whole staff at Mastertech Hvac
