We had a broken faucet issue in the bathroom. Water was running and we weren’t able to turn it off. We contacted Drain & Plumbing Services late at night and were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Mike and Tyler arrived on time, examined the problem and fixed in a timely manner. Work was done accurately and fast. Update. I had an emergency last night and again called Drain & Plumbing Services. They came out in half hour and I was able to use my bathroom again. Love these guys!!nnPrompt, effective service at reasonable prices. I've used them for small plumbing repairs on two occasions. They arrive when they say they will, work efficiently, and they're happy to show me what they're doing so that I can make the repairs myself next time. Great plumbers here! I have met 3 of them as they recently fixed plumbing in my home. All have been honest, do quality work, and at a good price.
Everyone knows that all the problems coming when you less expect them and in the worst possible time.nOn Friday, February 5th, before a weekend, we realized that our sewer is clogged and we cannot fix it. We felt hopeless after multiple messages we left for the various plumbing companies, but nobody called us back.nFor our luck, we found on the web the Drain & Plumbing Services in Wheeling. It was a miracle: the phone was answered right away, the plumber came to our home in 20 min. Unfortunately, we had a big problem - it was a breakage in the main sever pipe outside of the house. All necessary steps to fix our problem were done by the company just in few hours. The job was finished on Monday, the people worked outside during the very low temperature and extreme weather condition. It was done very fast and with a big professionalism. We would like to thanks Anna for the outstanding communication and assistance, Yriy for the accurate diagnostic the issue, and Florian for such a great handling of this project.nWe are highly recommend the Drain & Plumbing Service to everyone. If you have any plumbing/sewer issue, don’t spend your time to look for someone else!
We needed someone to come and inspect our ejector pump which was constantly running but not working correctly. Instead of checking the valve and the pump, Sergi just said it is fine, nothing is wrong. Instead he installed braces on the pipes leading to the pump to cut down on the noise but really did nothing. We paid our bill and he left without doing a complete inspection. A week later the ejector pump fails and caused $10k in water damage to our home. I called them and asked for our money back and why they did not fix the problem which could have prevented the damage and the owner states they don’t fix what is not wrong!??? I told you the ejector pump wasn’t working correctly and that is why I called you! He said I need to sign a release before he will give us our money back releasing them of all liability. If you did nothing wrong why do I need to sign a release? Buyer beware.
