I want to thank Patty and Ryan for the great job in scheduling and changing out our fire sprinkler system valve. When I called over the holiday, at the direction of our village public works folks, Patty was so reassuring. She made good interim suggestions and sent Ryan out first of the year to do the permanent fix. Ryan arrived on time, brought his own foot covers, worked so cleanly that even my mother was impressed, and was kind to us, as well. I'm always skeptical when someone else finds a worker to come into my house, but in this case you have an exceptional team. I've sent this note along to the village, as well, to let them know how well you served us. Many thanks!
Taylor Plumbing has been a very reliable source for the plumbing needs of our hair studio business. Hair can cause tremendous clogs. They've always come out quickly and solved the problems. They also perform annual required back-flow tests for our village of Arlington Heights. Everyone there (from office staff, servicemen, managers) is always friendly and accommodating!
Taylor Plumbing is an excellent company to do business with. They provide outstanding service. Within two appointments, one initial appointment to assess the situation and fix what they could, and a follow-up appointment to fix what they needed parts for, they addressed all my plumbing needs, which included, leaking toilets and a broken sink, and a replacement handheld shower. Jessie was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. I highly recommend Taylor Plumbing.
We had an extensive lift station repair and after getting four quotes, decided to go with Taylor. They weren't the cheapest but after speaking with Charlie Taylor, the owner, I felt the job was going to be done right the first time. They did a great job and were within reason of their quote. I'd definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
