They always have what I need! Especially most out of stock items elsewhere...like old fashioned light bulbs.
I did a purchase online. Didn't need it anymore can into the store to return it and they couldn't find my purchase. The manager told me to call customer service vs him doing. I will never come back the this Ace location. Thanks Tom for not helping me out and making me call your customer service!!!
The owner is a little rough around the edges, but he knows the stuff and helprd me out. If he had smiled even once, I would have given him five stars.
This place is QUITE expensive, and when you're in the half of the items don't even have prices. I had to bring an armfull of items to the checkout just to get prices. Regardless, they're all marked up ridiculously high. I don't see how they stay in business. do a quick search of other home improvement stores, you'll find the right price literally Anywhere else. Or at least you'll find a price.
Stayed open so I could get my emergency repair tools. Great service and friendly too!
