Just got a car wash here for the first time and amazing!!!! They did such a great job and you can tell they take their time. Definitely will be coming back.
Will not go back. Happy with the initial work, but when problem recurred they repaired it and identified more work that needed to be done. Nephew just graduated and has no job and no money. He said he will bring car back when he has money. Next day, still hear the a noise underneath and I got a lecture about how they don't like to waste time with diagnostics. Not the way I expected them to do business. Advised nephew to take car elsewhere, I'll pay for the repairs and the rework that needs to be done.
Top work quality and honest! We always have our cars brought to BG Auto for oil changes and repairs and consistently does great job! Done on time and service are priced fairly. We found this place by luck and couldn't be happier for it! Fantastic, friendly and honest service. Instead of falling into the mechanic stereotype, they do their best to reach affordable solutions, and do not push you on all the extra and unneeded stuff. Feel confident that I'm going to be able to drive my Subaru until it literally falls apart beneath me thanks to these guys!
