Got the $28 external wash and interior vacuuming and cleaning. The interior was barely touched even after I asked them to go back and do it again. Be warned that you have to pay for every single thing there… Can’t use the vacuums with just a plain wash so we get the basic wash and use the vacuums with no other amenities is $22.nnBetter off going to the three dollar car wash and getting the same exact service.nnWill never be going back… Ever!

I have to agree about the coffee, it's is really not good at all. I visited this location a few times last year. The last time being last December. I bought one of their packages which included the interior cleaning. I believe one of the kids took my snow brush. The cleaning was just okay. They missed a lot of spots. There was one guy, I believe the was the manager or supervisor and he kept getting me to get into one of their memberships; he just kept going over their different membership for a good 15 minutes. I really wasn't interested. I am probably only going there just for a quick wash and not an interior one.

24 hour rain guarantee is equal to or greater than the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! The staff and manager were absolutely AWESOME!!! Something nit clearly annotated is the clearance of the wash is 7 foot. But that one minor things will not take away a 5 star review!! Amazing employees and service!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS A M1 REVIEW!!

No car wash business works harder or is more organized than Waterway. Prices for Express wash are competitive with any. Best value is one of their monthly passes IF you wash your car more than 3X monthly.

I come here very often and the staff is super nice and they always leave my car super clean!! Also, I never stay there for too long. Very fast service!!
