Many years ago, pre-phones, I showed up here late at night. My elder sister by 18 months had already stood me up in the city (I don't remember where). As a U of I biochem major I had a long weekend of flute, voice and dance auditions for a summer position and just completed my first day. All I could do was hope my sister would remember she was expecting me so I could get some sleep and back to auditions the next day. Imagin- I arrived at this tiny place, located a pay phone (!) and discovered my sister had no interest in driving all of a few short blocks(?) miles(?) to pick me up.nnBlood isn't always thicker than water. You owe no allegiance to people you have to beg to give you a bed for the night when they promised they would. It's a sad, sad thing.nnConsider this a little thing that once happened there but you won't learn much about the location from me. Yes, I got a job from the grueling weekend. No, I didn't change my life and become a dancer instead of a scientist.

Need a car to operate in Zion and Kenosha area keep all options open within driving range,the train schedules are not convenient most of the times..

Usually use the wuakegan station because the north line is very sparatic and half the trains stop in wuakegan anyway. But this one is convienant when you know exactly when you want to come home.
