They are slow and the waiting room needs major attention. I try support this business but they need to be more professional in behavior and have some sense of urgency. There are other similar businesses in the area that are competitive in price and do a much better detail wash.
Definitely will not go back! They wet my back seat and left residue and waited for an hour for a cleaning I could have done my myself, if I can rate a zero star I would! And smoking around the building as well as drinking!! Totally not professional!!
I came here for a mini detail. The guy that was detailing my car was smoking around my car while he was doing it. He failed to tell me this business only accepts cash and that my rugs takes a day to dry. There is towel residue left over on the inside of my car and it’s almost like he did a half job. I have to go back and clean it myself. Then asked me to tip him! I will never come back to this place. Go somewhere professional. I’m so angry.
$40 to have them throw water on my truck and dry it off. Didn't use soap, they didn't spray wax even though I paid for it. It took over an hour. The interior still looks the same before I came in. Then said I had to tip ud83eudd26♂ufe0f I tried to support local but this was a horrible. Then watching another guy smoking inside a clients van that as he's cleaning.
Terrible service. I had scheduled an appointment days beforehand and was told to come in as soon as they open. I did. I was estimated 3 hours. 4 hours later I go and check the status on my car. They hadn’t even started!!! 2 hours later he comes to me and stated its done. My husband pointed out a few spots. The employee asked for two more hours. At that point, we just took our car and left. 6 hours waiting around for a basic cleaning I could of done myself was enough! There are still crumbs everywhere. carpets and seats were still wet. It smelled like spoiled milk. Never again!
