Good service with reasonable price! Harold was our plumber and he is professional and patient. We live in a condo and the association made a mistake for the water shutdown so He had Waited for like an hour to get started, but he is nice and patient with us. The job went smooth, he did explain to us the steps and what he is doing, also he tried his best to save the tiles so we could reuse them. He gave us good advise on what to do next with the water leaking problem and definitely will have him back for the next step!
Cy 9823, came and he was absolutely wonderful.nRespectful in that he put the booties on before entering my home.nHe was able to fix the clogged bathtub and the kitchen sink.nAnd he was understanding about the price I was able to afford.nAny additional plumbing work needed for my home, I would certainly request Cy 9823 if possible.
The men who were completing this job, Joe and Al, were able to fix our issue and gave us a solution to make sure it doesn't happen again. They explained the issue and solution well. They showed me exactly what was happening with the underground camera so I can see what they were explaining. It was very helpful to know what next steps we have to take. Thank you!
