I've been using Buchner for several years to service my HVAC and water heater. They always arrive on time as scheduled and perform quality work. Mark recently did a fall check-up of my furnace and noticed that the induction motor was getting noisy. He replaced it under warranty and performed the work efficiently and neatly.

I have always had exceptional service from all of their technicians and Chris.nnChris will take the time to guide you through the best fit product for your needs and has always seen every project through from start to finish.nHe is responsive to all questions and educated within all aspects of the field to explain all products and work needing to be completed.nnChris and his team have worked on a variety of items within my house including installing a new furnace and AC, washer and dryer install and pipe repair, and installing a new water heater. His team has also done work for family of mine.nnAll work completed was always done correctly and neatly. His technicians are courteous and skilled. Most of them have been with him for the duration of the time that I have worked with Chris; which is hard to find. My water heater was leaking from below and needed to be replaced. I called different places to compare prices and Buchner Heating had the best price and were available to come out the SAME day. Brendan was scheduled to come between 10a-12pm. He showed up at 9 am to prep all of his work and left to pick up the tank. He returned promptly and got the job done. He even went out of his way to help me clean one of my aerator from my bathroom sink which was not working well. He was very kind, professional, and very helpful. He took his time to explain how to maintenance my new water heater. I will surely use them again in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Buchners’s is a great company, good people and affordable rates. Have used this company for years. Their staff is flexible and they can do whatever you need. One of their techs Ryan is a really good guy, very knowledgeable really good guy. I highly recommend this company.
