Biggest Grease Clogged in my Kitchen Sink!!!nnTony’s Drain & Sewer Cleaning saved the day! They were able to unclog my kitchen sink that had grease accumulated over a period of 15+ years ud83dude12 in less then 2 hours.nnWe moved to our house about 3 years ago and we quickly noticed that the kitchen sink drained slowly. We made the mistake of not setting it at the top of the list of things that had to get fixed around the house. This Spring, we finally decided to fix it and also have a garbage disposal installed so we decided to call a handyman.nnOh boy! Little we know that this was the beginning of a nightmare! After putting through a 25ft snake the handyman let me know that I needed a plumber and he recommended one. The first plumber that came to our house used a 50ft snake and the issue was not fixed and to make matters worse at this point the sink wasn’t draining at all ud83dude29! He suggested to have the pipeline replaced which involved busting the basement ceiling. We have a finished basement. Before getting a second opinion, my husband rented a 100ft snake but didn’t clear the clogged. The second plumber didn’t even wanted to touch the sink and suggested to replace the pipes as well so at this point we were freaking out!nnLuckily, we decided to look for other options and one of them was hydro jetting the pipeline. After calling several plumbing companies that didn’t offer residential hydro jetting, one of them highly recommended Tony’s Drain & Sewer Cleaning for solving our clogged.nnWhen we called them, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and had someone come in the same day! The moment I opened the door I got a great feeling that our sink was going to be fix in no time. Sergio and Luis were very knowledgeable and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. They took the time to familiarize themselves with our pipe system and they also took the time to explain how everything was going to work. One can always tell when someone has experience and they sure did. After many buckets filled with grease that the hydro jetting ejected from the pipe, my kitchen sink was unclogged ud83eudd29ud83cudf89!!! Sergio filled my sink with water to show me that it was draining like it should and they warranty their job for 3 months!nnThey took good care of my house as it was their own. They used boot covers, they moved the rugs that were on the way of the hose that they used to prevent any damage. Once they were done, there was no mess whatsoever! I thought for sure that I would have to clean after they finished but that was not the case at all! Their prices are affordable! Overall it was a great experience! Tony’s plumbing I WOULD NOT recommend. I honestly dislike putting in bad reviews on any small business or company. I’m a positive and energetic person who likes to compliment instead of complaining. The dispatcher at this company is very argumentative! I thinks it’s very unfair and unprofessional to argue with your customers to begin with. They obviously don’t believe is the motto “customers always right or believe in respecting their customers input. I kindly explained to her that the plumber came out 2 weeks ago to unplug our basement toilet. I also explained that I have no knowledge on the plumbing systemic process but I know one thing for sure, and that’s to have the decency to at least acknowledge that their service technician didn’t correctly do their job correctly if I’m having to call back 2 weeks in time for the same issue. Everyone has at least a 30 day warranty or guarantee , so for her to dispute that issue alone was a big NO NO for a so called lawful business, I mean if I had called 1mo after or way later then I totally understand the argument, but for her to make me feel so guilty and bad on calling back in which I had every right to be upset and concerned on the same plumbing issues was bad enough that my basement flooded out the floor drain of sewer water ! So gross and so unfortunate and unnecessary, and when we finally had the same technician come back and realize it was his mistake for not properly using the correct machinery and didn’t fix the issue which was the floor drain that needed to be lined not the outside drain. The plumber realized his mistake and has the nerve to first argue with my husband and then later decides to blame it on the dispatcher for not knowing anything about plumbing or it’s process. So that’s not a well communicated business if their own employees are going to be pointing fingers at each other! This company totally sucked out the ZEN in me! Ruined my whole day and even made me argue with my husband about the whole issue! Terrible experience and will definitely not be using them anymore!!!ud83eudd2fud83dude20

Been very impressed with this company and the level of care, quickness of action and professionalism as well we quick attention. Within 1 day this company went out to a home I oversee and provided me and my client with an honest and trustworthy assessment of my clients sewer line. We almost gotten taken advantage from a different company for nearly $5K because the other company said a small section of the line needed a new clean out. I was very concerned and so glad we got this ciao you to provide a second assessment and within less than 24 hours of the visit we received a full video with voice clarification while the video scoping line was going through the line. Furthermore found out that the pipe was in good condition and didn’t need any attention other than yearly rodding. This was great news and quite honestly wish that all companies had this level of integrity and responsiveness. I was so impressed overall that I had to call Sergio and Tony’s Drain and Sewer to compliment them and now they have a new loyal customer for many homes which will only increase their business revenue. Hard to come by honest companies that don’t try to take advantage of people. This company is by far the best I’ve ever worked with. Everything they did was PERFECT!!!!!!! Sergio did an. Am amazing job and really enjoyed working with him!!!! A+++++++

Sergio was my Technician he was awsome, very knowledgable and professional! I called this company and they were able to come out right away with affordable prices. The camera scope was great as well. I now know what is going on underground to the sewer for future repairs and/or replacement.
