They were on time and did a great job in no time at all. They didn't leave a mess and were nice to our dogs. Got the bill 3 days after in the mail and it was 100 bucs less than they said it would be.

I have used Swanson's Plumbing for years. They have exceeded all of my expectations. I never have expected them to come immediately when I've called and yet, they always do!! I can't tell you how much I appreciate that responsiveness and level of service. I remember, one time I was getting new flooring in my basement and I was going to leave my water softener in the corner even though it wasn't being used but then all of a sudden it began to leak on the day OF installation. I called Swanson's and they came out immediately. Kind of a Godsend that it leaked as I had Swanson's remove it since I really no longer needed it because Aurora, IL has pretty soft water, naturally! Everything is serendipitous with Swanson's. They are honest, fair and hard working! My go tos...all the time!

Our sump pump went out and our basement was flooding at 10:30 pm on a Friday night. After calling several companies that stated they were 24 hour companies without any response, we called Swanson at 8:15 am on Saturday. They were at our house in about 20 minutes after calling and the sump pump was replaced in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this company. They were very professional and for anyone worried, the plumber wore a mask.
