Our water heater started leaking overnight and I discovered it after stepping on wet carpet in the morning. When I called Courtesy for help, they were able to dispatch someone within 3 hours to take a look and their arrival window was only 2 hours which is also appreciated. Nick was our technician and he was GREAT! He answered all my questions as and was very helpful and efficient considering he ended up having to replace our old water heater.
I am so happy to have Courtesy Plumbing to do the service for me. They response quickly and did the nice job. I want to thank Dave, he is nice guy and so knowledgeable.
We had already installed a new vanity in our powder room but the plumbing was not lining up correctly. I called Courtesy and Jason was out within the hour. Effortlessly installed the plumbing and boom, we have water. Jason has been out to our house before and is always courteous, professional and very good at his job. Courtesy Plumbing is the only plumbing company we call.
We had a pipe crack in our crawlspace and within in 2 rings the phone was answered and a technician arrived in less than an hour. He was professional, kind, and fixed our leak at a lower amount than the other plumbing contractors quoted. In fact, they were $600 less than one quote, and that contractor requested I send a video, then quoted me without seeing it in person. This did not sit well with me and prompted me to continue to search for an honest company. I'm so thankful we called Courtesy Plumbing! We will always recommend and never use another plumbing company.
I’m so glad we called Courtesy Plumbing after a terrible experience with ABC. Mike came out within 2 hrs of our phone call and cleared our drain pipe clog for a fair price. He was friendly and gave good advice to prevent future issues. These guys are experts and will definitely get our business for future plumbing needs!
