I have used Buchner in the past and was always happy. My 21 year old furnace and AC unit were due for replacement. I spoke to several companies for replacement pricing. Buchner got the job. Very happy with the quick scheduling (2 days), Job completion same day, all old equipment removed and work areas cleaned up. employees professional and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Buchner Heating for service or replacement.
This heating, air, and plumbing company is awesome! The office receptionists is extremely friendly and accommodating. The service person (Cory) was honest, efficient, and easy to work with. My A/C unit stopped cooling in the middle of a heat wave. I called Buchner's and they sent out Brendan (sp?) He was absolutely fantastic, he was on time an answered all my questions as well as explaining everything to me. And had the A/C going quickly. He was not only knowledgeable about his work, he was very personable and a pleasure to talk to. Good Customer service rarely exists Today but Brendan is very customer oriented and has a great work ethic, he went out of his way to resolve my issue. Thank you
