My car is spotless. The gentleman who dried and cared for my car after it was washed was terrific! In fact, all the men I had contact with were polite, friendly, and helpful. I will be back!

Maybe it’s just due to Covid, but this place went downhill with the last visit I had and I won’t be coming back. I realize you’re not going to get amazing service for a $25 price point, but this wasn’t even worth that. The interior was done very poorly. It barely looked vacuumed or cleaned. The overall wash didn’t look very good. The rims still had dirt on them. You couldn’t hardly smell the fragrance they put in leaving me to wonder if they even did. I went on a week day and there was one other car in the bay. You’d think they’d be doing spot on jobs with how little service was going on at the time. Instead I will be looking for somewhere else to go. I had been going here over the last couple years and they’ve always done a really good job. But this last visit left me so upset I won’t give them another shot.

$25 for their top of the line “platinum” wash. I purchased this and an a la carte add on.nnThe employee who handled the exterior and dash/door detail of my small suv was great and really took time to get it shined and hand wash the weather tech mats inside.nnI was disappointed in the initial cleaning prior to sending it into the wash tunnel. The vacuuming of the interior was non existent. The platinum wash says “extra” vacuuming, but it was as if the interior was not even touched. I had to stop at a gas station nearby to vacuum the interior myself.nnOverall your money is best invested in the low tier wash vs spending on the highest tier hoping for extra care as advertised. (Or go to a gas station car wash and vacuum it yourself it’s about the same). The car wash prices in general are a bit overpriced for what you actually receive.

I have exclusively taken my car here for a wash and oil change for the past three years, and the team has done a great job every time. On the other, the lube service team has done a poor job for the past three years on my oil change. I was not aware of this until it was too late. One day, out of nowhere, my car started giving me serious trouble to where I thought it would be wise to take it back to the dealership to be serviced. When I picked my car up from service, I was warned to never go back to where I was getting my oil change.nn****DO NOT GET AN OIL CHANGE****nnI present this information along with the documentation from service to the Platinum “corporate office.” The way they handled this was a prime example of deficient customer service. My conversation went like this, the oil change doesn’t fall within the warranty; it’s not our fault. Sidebar, every technician during the years I got an oil The Change was displaced. But they are still saying it’s not their fault I have to pay the dealership service to Fix their mistake.nn****DO NOT GET AN OIL CHANGE****
