The rooms are great, the shuttle bus from airport is very bad. I waited an hour. This hotels shares shuttle bus service with Fairfield Inn. When the bus arrives at the airport all you see is the big Fairfield Inn sign on the side of the bus. You have to look/ and know there is is a small fallen down Hyatt sign in the front windshield in order to see this is the correct shuttle to take you to the hotelnRestaurant in the Hyatt for dinner not good. I was the only person in the restaurant took 15 minutes for a cup of soup and turkey club, made with lunch meat and stale bread.
Fast and worth the wash experience. Whether it's $3 or more.
In all honesty the options to pick seem great. I’m telling you based off of my choice if you pick an option between $8 or less and you live somewhere that has a hose, just spray your car with the hose and dry it bc that’s about what your going to get out of the wash. Young kid at the start of the wash was sitting on his phone looking down and didn’t notice me until I got right next to him. Seriously take a hose and a towel and you’ll be in better shape.
My favorite car wash in naperville. Only $3 dollars with free vacuum.
Super busy but the employees really kept the line of cars moving!
