Called at 7:00 in the morning and left a message. They called me and said they would be here between 9:00 and 9:30. I got a text at 9:10 to tell me they were on their way. They arrived a 9:15. Sewer line was cleared by 9:40 and they were done by 9:45. 4th time I have used these gentlemen. (Big trees on property) I will call them again next time. Very professional.

What up, Google! Premier Sewer and Septic Service saved my mother $6, 500.00 (Rooter Rooters was going to charge her that) simply by doing the work she needed on her pipes by cleaning them and charging her a simple hourly flat rate. In contrast, Rooter Rooters was going to charge her $6,500 and up to clean and fix her pipes and a lot of other unnecessary work because it was simply a small issue with the roots near the pipe. In fact, they took video of the inside of the drain and showed my mother pretty much nothing because they knew she didn't know what she was looking at so they lied and made up everything. Scammers!nAgain, in contrast, Premier Sewer & Septic service did the same procedure and came up with completely different results and charged her for what she needed and nothing more. Honesty and Professionalism was her experience with Premier Sewer & Septic Service. Therefore, I highly recommend them and their service.
