First time going going to Ralph's. Got The Works wash. I was there for an hour. At the time I pulled up there where only 4 cars in front of me and a few in the wash. There where only 2 guys drying and detailing so after the wash my car sat there for so long it dried and had water spots all over. When the guy went to dry it he basically just dragged a dry towel across my paint. My floor mats where wet but not clean you could still see salt on them. They are rubber mats and should be easy to clean. I can understand being busy but I've never had a full service wash take an hour and not really clean my car. I'm sorry but this wasn't worth the money for quality and time it took.

I’ve been going to Ralph’s Car Wash in Sycamore IL, near DeKalb, for over a decade and, overall, they do a pretty good job. The staff is nice and the place is always well kept. I can’t comment on their car detail service because I’ve never purchased a full detail, but their standard exterior vehicle wash is what you would expect in terms of quality and price compared to other full service car washes I’ve been to. The guys who do the final wipe down on the vehicles come-and-go and don’t always do the best job at wiping your vehicle down once it’s washed, otherwise I would have given them 5-Stars. Nevertheless, that’s to be expected and I would still recommend them, especially considering they have no real competition in the area.

I take one of my cars here every few months for an interior detail and they do a pretty good job. From one business owner to another, Ralph is a really good dude.

I’ve gone to the car wash a couple times and they did a fantastic job but I did have a Bad experience but the company was more than willing to fix that bad experience. 19 years goes a long way and not every company is 100% at all times but if they are willing to back it up and fix the problem that is great business. Thank you
