First off let me say. Wow. One of the best customer services out there. Great prices for the best tools that you could need. I requested an Aerator to be delivered and set up at my house. Young buck shows up super enthusiastic and helpful. Set up my machine right away, and I gave him a nice $20 tip. Thanks again Kyle !!! Highly Recommend!
I rent a compact machine at 1pm and he closes at 4pm. Wants the machine to be back by 4pm before he closes his doors. I am back at 7:30 the following day to return this machine and he charges me the full day. I was there even before he opened. That is why he is saying the business has been very slow for him. Don’t rent here, I recommend rent rite and rental max way better.
Good guys at this rental place. I've been coming here for a few years now. Always have what I need and the prices are much more reasonable then other places. As far as customer service goes, they will treat you right.
