I called and made appointment on Tuesday for Friday- person on the phone was great. Got reminder texts and I was sent a picture of the technician - which is a great idea, especially for elderly. Sean was pleasant and professional- the clean out was done and everything cleaned up nicely. Great service, good work and I will definitely use for all plumbing needs. They were recommended highly by neighbors on next door
The staff that took my call was amazing and very helpful and sweet. The techs were nice but slightly distracted with other matters but handled the job and completed quickly. I appreciated Capps making it out so quickly but the rate for the type of repair needed seemed slightly high. I know emergency calls are higher but the material and time spent installing did not warrant the cost. Still would recommend but try to opt to schedule during normal business hours.
Capps Plumbing is an extraordinary company. They are always professional, they are always on time, they are always there in an emergency and they have the equipment and manpower to service everything plumbing and sewer related. I have been using Capps Plumbing since 2000. They have always been a 5 star and sometimes more especially in the middle of the night when you have frozen pipes. They also communicate with you and explain to you what is happening through the whole process.nDue to my experience with them, often times people are impressed with my knowledge of plumbing, I tell people I went to Capps University! A lot of my knowledge is because of how they explain everything in layman terms to you so you can explain it to others.nThe company really is phenomenal!
Old water heater finally gives up last week and was leaking water. My neighbor referred Capps, I called them in the late night and the service person was very nice and put me in touch with a plumber who gave me instructions how to shut it off. Set the appointment for next day. Ryan came for the call, he was on time, pleasant and professional. Answered the questions I had and did a great job with the installation of new one.
Great service and value. Two techs came ontime and were highly professional, very courteous, and detail oriented. Very happy with new American made water heater. Fits in closet nicely.
