Good work, quick service but a bit pricey!
Dropped off a white dress shirt to get cleaned on a Tuesday. Told me it won't be done until Friday which is a while for just one shirt. I didn't get a ticket so they had trouble finding the shirt when I came back. And after all that, it wasn't even clean. Took it to a different cleaner by my hometown. They got it done the next day and it was spotless. Would not come back. Got 2 stars because of drive-thru and good price.
Destroyed my curtains 400.00 curtains! They shrunk 4 inches and they looked terrible, not even ironed properly. I definitely do not recommend if you have anything valuable.
Horstman's does a superlative job of cleaning. They are very knowledgeable and are certain to inform you if there are risks associated with cleaning your garments. The prices are reasonable, and my items are always completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Horstman's Cleaners.
Around southern Illinois, most dry cleaners SEND their clothes to hortsman's, that says something. Clothes always clean and they will accommodate you on special requests if it's feasible.
