Our toilet was clogged and we only have 1 in the house. I called them around 7 pm and he was here in 40 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable and courteous. He had it fixed quickly. I would recommend them to everyone. Price was reasonable.
Called to see about scheduling a time for them to check my lines when the weather warmed up, as my hot water stopped flowing and my tank has never been flushed. The pipe gets cold at an elbow joint, I'm worried it's blocked. Whoever answered rudely kept repeating that my lines were frozen, and couldn't bother to answer my questions or explain how part of my system is frozen and not the rest. I don't know why they bother advertising for frozen pipes if their solution is to yell at a potential customer over the phone.
Extremely rude, will never see a penny from me.
