A friend recommended that we call Chris Parciak for new flooring. He showed up on time, explained the pros & cons of the different types of floors, & sent us the estimate immediately. He was never pushy & didn't steer us to any particular product. Billy & Joe did the install & their craftsmanship is second to none. These gentlemen treated our home as if it were their own. We highly recommend McCullough's for your flooring needs!
The process starts out great with friendly staff and a wide selection of flooring options. You can take home huge panels of flooring to see what works for your space. I used MCullough for a 90sqft office. There were some communication bumps in the road in part from the pandemic which is why I'm giving a 4/5. The owner was made aware of the issue and quickly had someone come out the same day for installation. The installers were fast and professional.

We purchased tile for our patio and they were very helpful in assisting us in our selection and provided great customer service.
I recently had my carpets cleaned by this company and they did absolutely amazing. There was an old Koolaid stain that I thought would never come out, but thanks to Freedom (the cleaner) it came out no problem! 5/5 would recommend and will definitely be contacting them for any future cleaning.
