Dropped off clothing item Thursday evening for cleaning and was told it would not be ready until Saturday afternoon. I advised clerk I needed the item for Saturday and she stated she would push to have it ready for pick up on Friday.nnI agreed and left the cleaning location. Friday I forgot to pickup the item, I went Saturday around noon and was told the item would not be ready for a few more hours.nnCleaning service of the clothing item was excellent. The customer service and timing is what was off putting because I felt as though I was getting the run around and everyone's timing was not on the same page.

On August 14 I put a wool coat with leather belts on both side and a white lace dress . I totally forgot about the items being in the cleaners because I miss placed the ticket . On October 13 my home care worker reminded me of my articles and went to pick them up for me. I was informed that they could not clean the coat because of the leather belts on the side of the coats were deteriorating or they had some crackling on them . No one called me so I did not know and it’s partly my fault for forgetting and losing the ticket . If someone had called me I would have asked them to do the alteration so my coat could be cleaned . I have used this cleaners often and I have no complaints about their service but I am complaining that they did not call me about my coat . On the other hand I am also grateful that it has been almost 2 months and my articles were stillnthere !!!

Very clean. Lady at the front desk was very cordial. My cleaning order of dress shirts was ready for pickup the very next day. Shirts look great! Wished I had switched to Apple Cleaners sooner.

I love this cleaners. The staff is always friendly and helpful ☺ufe0f My boyfriend and my son get both their cloths cleaned and ironed here all the time..they are reasonable and even send coupons for future purchases!
