I mean, I haven't pulled the clothes out of the bags to really inspect them, but everything has been amazing so far. I was really impressed right off the bat when I walked in and she was able to tell me how much starch my husband liked before I even got the text back from him specifying it. And the fact that they do everything on site is a plus because you have less of a fear of one of your items disappearing in transit. They were also wonderful about welcoming us as new customers and even offered to help carry the 20 items to the car. If we're still in this area, we will definitely be coming back. ud83dudc4d

Bummed out. Needed an emergency press for my suit for my father’s funeral. ‘Nothing we can do’ was my response. The lady that does it is gone before 1pm. Such a let down. I hope their other customers get terrific service!

I’m not going to lie, my coat was ruined. The reason for the 4 star is because the owner took the best care of me. It appeared that the tag on my coat had warn out and when being dry cleaned, the machine was put on the incorrect setting for this type of coat. My coat shrunk and was entirely ruined without a doubt. Luckily there was one coat online for sale. The owner agreed to refund me the dry-cleaning charge and even had the replacement coat sent out to me. They apologized profusely for the mistake, took ownership and just like that, I had a new coat sent to me. The fact that the owner took the time to call me back and address matters within a timely manner meant so much to me. It showed he really cared. This coat meant a lot to me and was a limited edition. He knew the right thing to do and did just that. I will be back to do business with him because I know I’ll be taken well care of. I can spot a great business owner and it was a pleasure to meet and do business even though the outcome was quite unexpected.
