Excellent work by friendly people! We needed our main drain cleaned out and they were out first thing in the morning. The problem was fixed quickly with some good tips on how to prevent roots from building back up in our line. I will definitely use them again for future work and would recommend their services!
Upon discovering my water heater wasn't working, I called Heise's. Must have caught them on lunch, but with an hour Dan called back. Within minutes of our call, he was out to assess the situation. He went back to his shop to get needed parts. Within half an hour, his repairman was working on the heater. Within two hours of first phone call, my heater is fixed! VERY pleased with the response time and courtesy!!!
