Friend called to ask for my product to be set aside so I could come in quickly and pick it up, my request was questioned and they told him that they had plenty in stock. I had to call back to ask again and tell the lady on the phone that the issue wasn’t their stock but simply because of COVID-19 and being able to spend the least amount of time in the store. The lady who I spoke with gave me an attitude and made me very displeased with my experience here as I drove 40 minutes for this.
I was looking for some tomato cages at Tractor Supply. I realize it is late in the season, but they had several.
Called about an hour before we drove all the way here from Belleville and asked if they had the trailer we wanted. The lady I spoke with said they did, told me I needed to bring two separate checks. Showed up aat 3:30 and was told there was nobody there to do the paperwork. The managers had left for the day. How do you run a business where the managers go home early and there is no one to do paperwork. And why wasn't this mentioned during the phone call before we drove all the way there.
Great experience and get prices getting a propane tank and filled. Lowest fill price/gallon for propane.
They usually got what I need and their employees are actually intelligent
