Tom was professional, came to my house on time - explained everything he was going to do. I wanted him to come and clean the couches to get the stale smell out and he did exactly that. The couches smell like flowers. He was very thorough in his cleaning. Took his time and left the couches looking brand new. I would highly recommend Tom again & will definitely use him in the future.
