Food is great and lots of selections but Usually long line ups longer waiting time.nThe lights are too dark and almost feels like I am eating in the cave. Wish they make this place more bright atmosphere not the bar-like looking.nService is great so, Pros and cons.

Hannah A. was my server and she is literally the sweetest server I have ever had. SUPER friendly and sweet. Highly recommend her.nnThe food was okay. Not the best, but the cheesecake sure is!

We visit the Cheesecake Factory in Natick quite frequently. The service is usually excellent. Unfortunately, our experience yesterday wasn’t the best. The waiter started off great and brought the drinks and bread over quickly. We ordered our food and when it was ready, the food runner brought it over. Our waiter never asked how our food was, never checked to see if we needed drink refills, and disappeared for quite some time. He eventually came back to our section and went to the other two tables he had and avoided us. After about 10 minutes, he was back again and I had to ask him for to-go boxes (he wasn’t going to stop by our table unless I had said something). He brought over the to-go boxes and took off again. He didn’t ask if we would like dessert. 6 minutes later he was in our section again and I had to stop him while he was walking and ask him for the check. Not the best experience!
