I really like going to this particular station. Not only is always clean, but they stock my favorite soda on fountain (which is a rear find) with styrofoam cups..The employees are always so helpfully nice. The convenience items are the regular selection along with plenty of not seen everyday treat selections..
Worst experience here ever. I tried to use the car wash, I payed with my card and the payment went through.
The light never flashed green like it said it would.
a line formed behind me so I could not back out of the drive thru and I could not drive up because of the metal panel blocking the exit.
This was honestly the most terrifying experience I’ve ever had, I feared for my safety.
Finally the cars behind me started to blackout and leave so I was able to back my car out of the dive thru after about 30 minutes.
A man in the car behind me said the machine was out of order so I figured maybe my payment didn’t go through so I just decided to go home.
When I arrived at home I checked my bank account and $8.00 was taken from my account, all for nothing. WORST CAR WASH EVER. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY!
They put an 85 dollar hold on your cash if you pay for your gas with a debit card.
The parking lot and store floors were clean and tidy. I got a full tank of fuel and a car wash. Jeremy made me feel welcome and greeted me with a friendly smile, the mome t I walked on the door. My car just sparkles now.
We use this Shell station but the prices are a bit high because it sits in a prime location. It is always clean and we don't seem to have to much trouble getting in and out of it. As for the store portion, it is clean and has a great selection of snacks and drinks. Bathrooms are a bit above average in being clean most of the time.
