I went to file a police report as my car was vandalized. When I went into the office I explained my case to the gentleman in the office who went to notify the policeman. Behind a closed door, I could hear the policeman griping about how they don’t want to deal with my case. To further add insult to injury they proceeded to play “Rock Paper Scissors” to figure out who was going to “deal” with me that night. Sad to hear this from individuals who are supposed to serve and protect.
Concerned citizens. I post a question that you might be seeking as well. Has anyone tried to use the Wheeling Police Department for anything other an emergency. The last two times I've tried to solicit assistance with reasonable issues I've been treated like a criminal. Now bear in mind that I don't like to use that department for anything other than emergencies. It takes a lot for me to seek assistance from police officers. Although that last statement may sound biased; it's not I give everyone an equal opportunity. If anyone else is noticing this fascist behavior as well please reply. It would be nice to think that people who enter Public Service appreciate doing service for the public.

on the date of october 14th 2018 an incident occured of my stuff being taken from my hotel room at the wheeling island hotel casino and racetrack in west virginia after being thrown out of the casino by security supervisor david and called a liar that i made up my stuff being taken and being humiliated in front of guests in the casino snd hotel i left casino went diwn street called 911 officer shayne mcallister of the wheeling police department was the responding police officer to the 911 call thus officer is the most listening caring police officer i met in my life this officer did his duties as a police officer very well and investigated the crime which took place took my statement heard everything i had to say about what happened abd went to the casino after taking and listening to my statement i want to say within 24 hours my stuff was recovered from the wheeling casino except they did not turn my wallet in with the money but i want to thank officer mcallister for doing his job as a sworn officer doing his duties well and excellent as a police officer due to the lying from security officer david and the hotel femal of hotel services manager. but thank you officer mcallister of wheeling police you are a very good officer ofcthe police department and in the future i believe you will protect and serve for the police thanks again sir....
