i was a loyal customer of Wheeling linen for over 10 years. They were very cooperative during most of the early years. But the past year quality of products when down and prices went up. they violated the contract by adding price increase six month in advance. In stead of once a year price increase they added more in the middle of the contract without a notice. Every time we returned linens the next bill had charges for missing products. We always had the driver count linens and sign off that everything was returned but we still had charges. So we cancelled our uniforms and rug deliveriers, and went with another company. We told them we would still use them for holiday linen rental.nWhen I called to order linens for Thanksgiving they refused me service. This is where the service industry is taking us. I have never met a company that would refuse a customer to make money. I'm sure I will find a company that will want my business.
