I just picked up 7 pairs of pants that needed to be pressed at the Spic & Span Odorless Cleaners located in Wheeling, WV at 841 National Road. A positive statement for my experience includes the polite, professionalism of the lady helping me and the quality of the pressing of the 7 pairs of pants. I unfortunately must complain about several issues as well. I am never given any documentation to prove that I have dropped off items to be serviced. I always have to ask for something in writing. I am never able to pay at the time of the drop-off either. I have been told that they have never given out any form of corresponding information for items left there. I must also complain about the excessive cost for the pressing of the 7 pants; I paid $65.23 for pressing alone! My husband and I moved from the Chicago area last year and paid almost half as much for cleaning AND pressing services. I will be shopping for a new dry cleaning and pressing service as this was just too costly to justify returning in the future.

I dropped off a brand new $200 comforter two and a half weeks ago. When I came on the original pick up day, it was “not ready.” When I came a week later, it was “damaged and irreparable” in their dryer that supposedly had grease in it. It has been almost three weeks...I have called 3 times. I have heard nothing from the manager. My name and number have been taken every time I call and I’m always told “it will be taken care of.” I just received a call and the owner claims he will only reimburse me $150 because “he researched the price.” I will be showing up with a receipt of purchase to get my full $200 and never return.

Great service, friendly employees, I always get my uniform back on time and looking sharp! Prices are reasonable as well for the service provided.

I left clear directions left numerous times about wanting my shirts and jeans hung up. Instead, they pack them up and package them up in a brown paper wrapping. This is the third time I’m going to have to re-wash and dry due to all the wrinkles. It’s ridiculous
