High Falls Trailhead

Very well kept out and back trail. The trailhead is pretty far off route 33 down a paved road (no markings) and last 4 miles is dirt but both are great condition surprisingly! There is a pull off parking area just before the trailhead marker that can fit 4-6 vehicles. The trail is marked fairly well with blue diamonds. You start out over a small foot bridge, through a field, then up and over a mountain on the other side you walk alongside the train tracks just under a mile before reaching the falls. I logged 4 miles one way taking us about 1 hr 40 min to reach High Falls- it’s not what I’d consider an easy trail but it’s very beautiful. In total it was just over 8 miles and took us about 4 hours.
