My family rented their condo in Myrtle Beach 3 years ago. It was in our contract that the $200 deposit was to be refunded to us after our stay. I waited 30 days and didn’t receive the money. I emailed Jim; called Jim...no response. Nothing at all.nnI finally have up. Then I received an email inviting me to stay at one of his rentals. Are you kidding me? I responded that he still owed me $200. No response. Then a few months ago I got yet another email about their rentals. I replied to that one, too. Still no response.nnTerribly unprofessional!
