Very very satisfied with East End! I was backing out of my garage and hit my right fender of my brand new car, first I went to Keatons who absolutely tried to rip me off giving me a quote of $2400 to fix my fender. There was no way I was doing that, I’ve been in the car business 8 years and sell for a local dealer I know how much these things cost. I went to east end next and they were less then half the cost. They kept me informed the whole time my car was there and was finished when they said it would be. From the ladies up front to the gentleman behind the scenes all top notch in my opinion. I’ll make sure to send business from work and the clients I have their way.

My experience in dealing with East End Body, Inc was awesome. Kendra started off with making me feel comfortable and welcome ... she took care of talking to my insurance company and making sure I didn’t have to worry about dealing with the rental car company. The estimate was completed quickly and efficiently. My appointment was set and the work completed beautifully. To tell you the truth, my car looks better then it did when I purchased it. I highly recommend East End Body, Inc for your vehicle needs.

East End Body Shop did a great job. The paint was perfect. They paid attention to all the details. All the little clips and screws were back in place. I think the car is 100% as good as it was before the accident. They are friendly and I feel they stand behind their work if there was a problem.

Super nice guys and gals there! The customer service is top notch. Had a small dent in my car and you cant even see where it was! They did me a solid now twice! Definitely a return customer. Recommend to anyone that wants their car or truck to look new again! Respect!
