Went here yesterday because it was past 7 and the magic tunnel wasn’t open. I put in cash for the car wash and it just ate it. So I swiped my card because my vehicle really needed cleaned then I went to pull in and it kept telling me to “back up” “pull forward” over and over again. Finally, it ended up saying “welcome” and I didn’t even get a car wash. So 16.00 wasted. I want a refund or at least a damn car wash.

Prices recently doubled, and the equipment works as bad as ever. Gross recycled water that smells terrible, and leaves streaks.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for 20 yearsnThe last several times they have not done a thorough job. I always get the deluxe premium wash. Last 2-3 times there they have failed to spray my tires, wipe the inside door tracks or sone other service I’ve paid for with the premium packagenI called and told them —no one seems to care their service has drastically dropped past yearnI usually use their facility couple times a monthnBut haven’t as of lately due to being unsatisfied with the customer servicennYesterday —try it again !! Worse than ever!nDid not wipe my windows, did not wipe door tracks, failed to provide air freshener, did not clean dash —-all services I paid for!!nnTried to call and call and call to file complaint with owner/manager. Can’t get anyone to answer —no answering machine!!nnWish I could post picture of how bad my back window is!!nnThat’s it Moore’s Carwash. You e lost this customer of 20 years. I’m DONE!!!nnYou’ve ripped me off for the last time No more chances ..........
