Great, helpful service - I stopped outside the police dept to ask an officer in his cruiser how to get to Rte. 1N, he said follow me and took me through a maze of streets right to the on-ramp, then got out out of his car to make sure I saw the entrance to the ramp. Thanks, I wouldn't have found it myself! Young white officer, lic. plate 2B21, about 11:30 am 9/1/18. That's the kind of helpful service police departments need to promote to counteract negative views of the police in general.
Nothing is more disturbing than watching a police officer on duty in an SUV not let a car who has the right away cut us off with no thought and not using their signal in my opinion those two officers in that vehicle at approximately 8:37 p.m. should be beat cops walking the street or riding bicycles until they learn the proper way to follow the rules of the road and we're supposed to look up to them they lead by example the biggest joke I've ever seen hopefully somebody will look at this review and do something about it and it happened on William Street but I doubt anything's going to get done because cops seem to do whatever they want they're above the law and that really doesn't put much faith in anybody that happens to live around there it's disgusting and sickening hopefully something will get done or better yet send them back to the DMV to learn how to drive
Chelsea Police Department is getting better every day. I really appreciate the Community Policing program and the respect shown to community members, especially at demonstrations and events. I feel much safer on the streets of Chelsea over the past 2 years. ud83dude0e

I was in Boston, from Ireland, it's was 1 am in the morning, I was lost they were so nice to me and brought me to my hotel. It was Thursday night Friday morning the 14th June 2018. The lady was and gentleman could not do enough for me, I will never forget them. AnnMarie
