Took care of clogged toilet that two prior couldn't. Very good price. Will definitely use again.
I just want to say thank you specially Pete the drain technician, he is a rock star. He resolved my issue in 30 min fast and in the most professional way. Before contacting Rapid Flow, I had another Plummer who worked on the same issue for over an hour and couldn't unclog the drain, but here he comes Pete to the rescue from Rapid flow (just like the name RAPID) solved the issue in just 30min. Thanks again and now you have a new customer for life.
They responded to my request within hours and despite how tough the issue was Jason never lost his sense of humor. He got the job done !!! He even came back after 10 PM to video record where the root cause of the issue was which helped me to talk to the city sewage department . They are very professional and reasonably priced
