Do you want your building supplies, repair hardware and good customer service? Then this is the place to go. You may pay a little more than the big box store but you are helping out the small guy. Anyhow they will help you source the stuff you need that you can’t get anywhere else.nnDefinitely worth a stop in.
Awesome local hardware store that should be supported. Good prices and good selection. Pretty much everything you need without having to walk a mile through a store.

I was disappointed when I tried to find an ad item at the Gtown store. I had found it a Salado store but I wanted to purchase closer to home and let my community get the sales tax. After wandering around the store looking, I never saw an employee until I decided to leave. There were two chatting with each other at the door; one had a shopping basket on his head. Decided I didn't need that item enough. I'll go to Salado where there is customer service.
Went there looking for a handle for my hatchet. The associate was knowledgeable of the location of the product and directed to me it. Great experience.
